Georgia Lottery selects ATM Network for lottery promotion

Want to win a real ATM filled with cash?

You can…. if you play the Win For Life game run by the Georgia Lottery.

Nonwinning tickets can be entered in a second-chance drawing. On July 31 a grand-prize drawing will be held. The top prize? A real Tranax 1700W ATM, provided by ATM Network and filled with $52,000 in cash.

The ATM itself is worth a couple of thousand dollars, so it’s really a $54,000 payoff. And if you find a location to install it (with free processing from ATM Network), it could be the start of a business.

A letter we received this week from a new client:

Over the past 3-4 weeks we have been converting our ATM machines to ATM Network. At first, the task seemed insurmountable. We were in a race against time with our previous vendor, who temporarily locked us out of the data-tracking website; shut down one of our machines; removed another one of our machines from a very profitable site and replaced it with his own machine without any discussion with us; and then, it appears, starting changing system and maintenance passwords….

Our initial contacts with Steve Fisher gave us not only confidence in your company, but hope to save our small business. He is diligent about returning e-mails and phone calls and communication was our lifeline. He, in turn, got (service manager) Tom James involved; and I cannot tell you how helpful, kind and patient Tom has been through all of this. With Tom walking me through every step, we did a whirlwind of conversions. I made mistakes, dumped screens, etc. but thankfully became more proficient with each conversion. Although I have not met Tom … he is one of the most decent, caring and helpful individuals I have ever communicated with.

I don’t know how many clients give you feedback; but I wanted you to know what a fine team you have put together. … Most of all, I don’t feel like a client; I feel like I am their friend.

Triton RL1600 named “best new product” by CSP magazine

The Triton RL1600, the new entry-level ATM from Triton Systems, has been voted “best new product” by the readers of Convenience Store Petroleum magazine, the leading publication of the convenience-store industry.

The RL1600 won the 2009 Retailer’s Choice award in the “general equipment” category. The award is given to the products receiving the most votes from the retailers and suppliers that subscribe to CSP.

‘I wish we had contacted ATM Network years ago’

A letter from one of our customers:

I just wanted to let you know how happy Landmark College is with our two new ATMs. I looked back at our timeline and saw where I first made contact with ATM Network on July 16. Our two new ATMs were installed on August 24 by a very knowledgeable technician who explained the system and who made us feel comfortable in our roles in maintaining the machines.

In the first month of operation we made $1,326 in commissions, which was $249 more than we made in ATM revenue for the previous entire year.

I believe you made the comment that we probably would earn enough in commissions to pay for one machine before the invoice arrives. At the current pace, it looks like we will have amassed enough commissions to have both machines paid for before the first invoice arrives.

I also have been enjoying the ability to view ATM cash balances from my desktop, which has allowed us to refill the machines before they run out of cash. It’s been a wonderful experience and I wish we had contacted ATM Network years ago.

BPAA signs new deal with ATM Network

The Bowling Proprietors Association of America (BPAA) announced to their members earlier this month a new exclusive discount program agreement with ATM Network. This new program will provide bowling center owners with a profitable plan designed exclusively for members.

ATM Network will provide an exclusive program to the BPAA to increase customer spending, as well as reduce bad checks and credit card fees. The independent sales organization (ISO) guarantees the best program at the best price in the industry because all of their ATMs come with a 90-Day Best Price Guarantee.
